Why we do this

We wanted a fun, free way to practice breathwork together regularly, so we started Public Access Breath. It’s a simple space to breathe, meet good people, and reset. Come on your own or bring a friend.

First-Timer Questions

A few things to know before joining us.

What should I bring with me?

Just yourself! A yoga mat or blanket can make lying down more comfortable. Bring water and an extra layer or blanket if you’d like.

Do I need any previous breathwork experience?

None at all. We’ll explain the practice before we begin. Go at your own pace and take breaks whenever you need.

Is it really free?

Free for everyone. We're usually outside during warmer weather, so we only rent indoor space during the colder months. Voluntary donations help cover those room rentals, but they are completely optional.

Do I have to speak during the sharing circle?

No. You’re welcome to share, but listening is more than enough.

What does the breathwork physically feel like?

You might notice tingling, temperature shifts, or emotions surfacing. You never need to push through discomfort. If you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or uneasy, simply stop the technique and let your breathing return to its natural rhythm.

How do I find the gathering spot?

When you register on , you will get the exact location details. If you choose to join our Signal group or subscribe to email updates, we also share the spot and reminders there before every session.
